Defined term title "Design-Bid-Build", should be "Design-Negotiate-Build". See slide 6 for DBD definition.

Under "Options" for slides 35, 41, and 48 - should "Competitive Build" be "Competitive Bid" ?

You might want to add a reference in the slide - the figure (Design-Bid-Build vs. Fast Tract) is Figure 3.3-B from PRM 3.3.3.3
