- Explain the concept of underfloor air distribution (UFAD) and how it differs from conventional ceiling based air distribution systems.
Identify the environment, economic, performance, and comfort benefits of underfloor air distribution technology and show how UFAD technology contributes to a sustainable built environment.
Summarize the importance of plenum integrity in ensuring as well-engineered UFAD system, including categories of air leakage, proper sealing techniques and locations in UFAD system.
Ascertain the role each professional plays in the proper design and construction of a UFAD system.
