Larry Stock, its founder and current CEO, recognized that the technological and product advancements in polymer engineering were not being made visible through the standard plastic distribution network. Mr. Stock's vision was to create an organization which would provide the customer with the most advanced plastic products as well as technical and engineering data from the most highly trained and experienced sales staff in the industry.
