Since 1974, Duradek has been installed (through professional applicators only) on over 100 Million Square Feet of roofs, decks and balconies all over North America. Duradek produces the "Durarail" aluminum component railing system for new construction or remodeling, residential or commercial.

Tate's activities include research and development, manufacturing, sales, and distribution of raised access floors with over 450 million square feet installed. Tate's products provide service distribution solutions in general office, education, equipment/server, public space, laboratory, and clean room facilities. The access floor panels are made in the United States and are fabricated of nearly 30% recycled content. Steel is stamped and welded to form a unitized shell, and then filled with a highly controlled mixture of cement. These rigid, solid panels create a solid floor that is free from any floor or plenum generated noise.
