February 08, 2010

CORONA, CALIFORNIA – February 8, 2010 – US Tile Announces Title 24 Compliance for All of Its Clay Tile Roofing Products. US Tile makes it easy for contractors and builders to comply with the new 2010 California Title 24 regulations on any commercial or residential roofing project. All US Tile products, profiles and colors are now Title 24 compliant. Changes to the Title 24 program in California now affect virtually every roofing project. New requirements for CRRC (Cool Roof Rating Council) Cool Roof color ratings, color fading, product weight and sustainability all factor into the new provisions. US Tile removes the need for detailed product analysis, reflectivity calculations or other product research and documentation needed for compliance. US Tile also warranties against color fading for 20 years, insuring that their products will continue to deliver the Cool Roof, sustainability and energy saving benefits over time. US Tile is proud to produce the widest array of environmentally sustainable clay roofing products in the nation.
