- Analyze the aesthetic options available in railing systems and select an appropriate railing to best suit the needs of the building users.
Explain the railing and guard requirements of the International Building Code and discuss the explain the reasons for determining the governing code for each project.
Summarize the testing requirements under ASTM E985.
List the ADA requirements for handrail design.
Identify the benefits of a railing system and analyze their benefit to your project.
