Cassandra Wurster is the Product Training Manager for Zurn Industries where she develops and provides a breadth of water management training courses and certification programs to educate architects, engineers, contractors, and business owners. During her course development, she engages the deep expertise of Zurn’s product managers, engineers, and other affiliates - many who have over 20+ years in the commercial plumbing industry. Through those contributions, the intent is to create awareness and understanding about the latest plumbing products and technologies to make educated decisions when specifying plumbing products. Wurster has 20+ years’ experience in training and earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
