How to engage emerging practitioners in architecture, providing them with a voice and support while accruing benefit to practices and the profession as a whole? This question summarizes the goal of the recently formed RAIC Emerging Practitioners; an advocacy group for interns, students, and other emerging practitioners. This workshop session will be the formal unveiling of RAIC EP. We will begin with a brief presentation of the group's background, research, structure, and objectives. Roundtable and group discussions will then target communication between regulators, practitioners, academia and emerging practitioner. They will generate feedback on goals and priorities. This session offers a unique opportunity to learn about the organization and contribute to its development through your participation.
