This course investigates how pressure equalized rainscreens (PERs) address heat loss, air infiltration, moisture migration, fire safety, and lateral forces—even under extreme wind and projectile testing. Aluminum composite material/metal composite material PERs are outlined in detail vis a vis standard tests, types of fabrication, and relevant building code requirements.
