Background: Bret has been with Pilkington since 1981 and has had various roles with Pilkington including the initial research and development of the low e on line coatings and work as a process engineer at a float line. Bret holds several US and international patents for glass compositions and the use of minerals to manufacture glass, and has a 6-sigma black belt. Bret is currently the General Manager for the Pilkington Fire Protection Glass group in North America.
