- Discuss key usage questions which need to be answered before specifying a toilet.
- Explain various flushing technologies available in today's marketplace.
- Recognize and compare different toilet design styles.
- Identify the codes and standards for toilets and determine how they impact what products are specified.
- Discuss how technology has been integrated into sanitary products and recommend the correct toilet for a specific application to exceed a client's expectations.

Title: Associate Channel Manger / Wholesale – Plumbing Americas, Kohler Co.
Background: I have been with the Kohler Co. for 24-years in various roles. I started in Brass Manufacturing as a foreman. From there I have worked in Faucet Marketing, Customer Service – Technical Product Representative, Training – Faucets, Kohler Sales, Channel Marketing / Fixtures and currently working as a Product Trainer for Fixtures.
Within Training, I work with our Sales and Marketing Departments to provide training and facilitation of training events to the U.S. market. Audiences include contractors, plumbers, engineers, designers, architects, showroom associates, counter associates, inside and outside sales and I am responsible for the development of training tools for the Fixture Category.
