Background: Kinjal Husges develops, manages, and executes all marketing efforts for Los Angeles-based Lonseal Inc., designer and manufacturer of innovative flooring and wall-surfacing products. With over 8 years of experience in the flooring industry and a degree in social ecology from the University of California Irvine, Husges works to educate designers on the sustainability and environmental responsibility of Lonseal and Lonseal resilient sheet vinyl. Under Husges’ direction, Lonseal has joined with the Collaborative for High Performance Schools in supporting healthy and energy efficient learning environments for students. Lonseal is also a member of the U.S. Green Buildings Council and the Greenguard Environmental Institute. Lonseal’s latest initiative, the GreenAir Collection, distinguishes Lonseal’s suite of low emitting VOC, Greenguard Certified resilient vinyl products. Lonseal is continuously exploring new methods and technologies to minimize impact on the environment.
