Background: Doug Mahler has been involved in the plastics and plastics glazing industry for 13 years and Architectural and Glazing Industry Manager at Sheffield Plastics since 2001. Doug is directly responsible for education, specification and all seminars as well as new product development associated with the Architectural and Glazing Industries. Doug is an active member of the ASTM F33 glazing standards committee and is currently focusing most of his efforts on weatherable, hardcoat surface treatments and bomb blast glazing laminates.
