Background: Our latest addition to the AEC family of professionals is Paul Just, a professional seminar provider who is also licensed to practice Architecture in the state of Florida.
As a seminar provider Paul has consistently provided a comprehensive seminar presentation that the attendees have repeatedly praised. The most recent Spring Seminar Series has included the various aspects of the CSI Certification program. Paul has been a member of the Construction Specifications Institute for over 20 years and is both a Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) and a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA).
As an Architect, a graduate of University of Miami, he has recently completed a historical renovation, in Fort Lauderdale, of a City-owned Water Treatment Plant. This million dollar design project was hugely successful and was awarded three design awards for historic significance, accuracy and for community appearance.
Besides being the principal of his architectural firm, Paul teaches two required courses, for the Interior Design degree at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, a private institution. Paul has a unique appreciation for the business of architecture and understands that teaching others, what he has learned, can help them better perform within their own practice. His students learn about the CSI approach to developing construction documents and how to write specifications.
