Title: Installation Services Manager, Armstrong World Industries
Background: Steve Newcomer has been with Armstrong for 35 years. He has managed the Building Products Organization's Installation Services Group since 1999. Mr. Newcomer's Team is responsible for providing technical support for new product development, installation training for both internal and external customers, and technical assistance/project consultation with building design teams.
As a ceilings installation expert, Steve has delivered hundreds of presentations across North America and abroad. He is Armstrong's subject matter expert for ceiling system testing, code compliance, and education relative to the International Building Code...especially for seismic issues.
