        - Explain the function of the three main components in a conventional roof and why different applications require additional components.
 compare and contrast the advantages and disadvantages of different types of roof insulations.
 Explain the science behind R-value methods.
 Design roofing systems for low temperature or hot/humid climate applications.
 Demonstrate how conventional roofs illustrate elements of sustainable design.
 Analyze the UL 1256 test results.

Doug joined Dow Building Solutions in 2006. He has been with Dow for 7 years in sales, business development, and marketing roles.
