Background: William Miska has twenty four years of experience from DevCon Inc. as a project manager, national sales manager and VP of operations, and general manager in the granite export, fabrication, and construction of commercial projects and high end custom residences. William has been with Lotte Advanced Materials Staron for 7 years as regional manager in the solid surface and quartz sales and distributor management areas. He has performed hundreds of product presentations for natural stone, solid surface, and many other construction related products to the A & E design community. He has managed a sales force of 45 and is overall responsible for 120 employees in various construction related fields especially the hotel renovation and new construction areas.
Scott Belasco has been involved in the Solid Surface industry for 34 years, having seen the industry from every angle. Starting as a fabricator back in 1974 he progressed through the fabrication industry emerging as a manufacturers rep for some of the top manufacturers in the industry. Scott has also been employed on the distributor side of the business. He currently manages the Central region of the US as well as duties in Canada. His strengths lie in technical and construction information as well as hands on and lecture instruction. Staron Solid Surface and Radianz Quartz are the two products produced within Lotte Advanced Materials that Scott manages.
John Chong is the Western Region Sales Manager for Lotte Advanced Materials, and has provided CEU course study presentations to many of the top architectural & design firms within the western region of the US over the course of the past six years. John regularly interfaces with designers regarding interior surfacing options for commercial projects, including specialized healthcare facilities. John speaks fluent Korean and is a US military veteran.
