Discuss the composition of the various types of solar shades and how fabric properties affect performance.
Explain how solar shades reduce energy loads due to solar heat gain and lighting loads.
Define how solar shades impact LEED categories for Energy and Atmosphere (EA) and Indoor Environmental Quality (EQ).
