Rolling doors are used in heavy-duty, medium-duty, and light-duty applications for a wide range of commercial, industrial and construction environments. The course provides a review of the features, components, options and applications of various types of commercial rolling door products.
Upon completion of this course, the Learner should be able to:

- Determine the components and most often specified options for each type of rolling door.
- Evaluate key criteria to select and specify the appropriate rolling door solution for various applications.

Background: Foeng Tjong has nearly two decades of engineering and business leadership experience. For the last seven years Foeng’s focus has been in the building products industry; where his unique skill set combines both technical and business expertise. Foeng is currently the product manager for Overhead Door rolling door products. He is well versed in rolling doors and their application in commercial construction. His experience includes business management, commercial construction, technical training, and product applications. Foeng received his MBA from University of Texas at Dallas, his MSc in Electrical Engineering from Tulane University, and BSc in Mechanical Engineering from University of Texas at Austin.
