    Commercial door manufacturers have developed solutions that are specifically tailored to address the unique challenges of the automotive dealership market, which include high energy costs, damage to automobiles, and costly repairs. This course provides a review of the types of commercial doors, commercial door operators, safety sensors, and automotive dealership accessory options, as well as a discussion of UL 325 compliance.
                        
        Upon completion of this course, the Learner should be able to:
    
        - Define the types of commercial doors, including their characteristics and applications.
- Discuss the types of commercial door operators that are available, as well as the strategic specification of operators based on fundamental considerations, including safety, security, and performance.
- Summarize how various types of safety sensors are installed and function to ensure the safe operation of a commercial door.
- List the challenges as well as the safety and performance solutions that are relative to the automotive dealership industry.
- Explain the scope and safety requirements for UL 325 compliance.
