Background:

Michal (Elle) Porter, PhD, Research Scientist, currently serves as a technical project leader for DuPont’s Performance Building Solutions Business, where she works to solve building science problems through innovation. Dr. Porter is highly motivated by a purpose to provide the world with the essential of life in a sustainable way. Prior to joining DuPont, she served as a Research Engineer for 11 years at Dow Chemical Company.

Jane Rohde, Principal and Founder of JSR Associates, Inc. has over 25 years of senior living and aging in place consulting and design experience. Prior to starting her consulting practice in 1996, Jane was VP of Design for Erickson Retirement Communities, which develops and designs continuing care retirement communities; independent living residences, community buildings, and extended care residences and common space.

Todd Sims, currently serves as Director of Sustainability and Market Outreach Committee for the American Chemistry Council. Todd is an experienced and passionate advocate in the fields of sustainability and energy efficiency. In previous roles, Todd has served in program manager and marketing positions for organizations including National Association of State Energy Officials, Institute for Market Transformation and Green Building Focus.
