Mark has been in the building materials industry for 35 years, with 20 at the executive level. Mark holds Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctor of Law degrees.
Sam Savides is the Senior Business Development Manager for the North Central region (IL, IN, IA, OH, MI, MN, NE, ND, SD, WI) at Associated Materials – Alside & Gentek, ssavides@associatedmaterials.com, responsible for educating architects, developers, builders, and remodelers through the creation and conversion of product specifications. Focusing on new construction and remodeling applications, Sam has educated architects throughout his more than 30 years in building material business development for several well-known manufacturers. Sam graduated from Elmhurst University and is a registered American Institute of Architects presenter.
James Scarangella is the Business Development Manager for the Northeast region (DE, PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, VT, NH, ME, RI) at Associated Materials – Alside & Gentek, jscarangella@associatedmaterials.com, responsible for introducing the company’s exterior building materials to architects, builders, developers, general contractors, and remodelers. James has managed teams and focused on business development for several large manufacturers for 30 years, and has extensive experience educating the architectural community. James is a graduate of Fordham University and holds a M.A. in Economics and is a licensed educator.
Mike Spera is the Business Development Manager for the mid-Atlantic region (Eastern PA, MD, DE, VA, NC, WV) at Associated Materials – Alside & Gentek, mspera@associatedmaterials.com, responsible for introducing the company’s integrated building material products to architects, developers, builders, and remodelers through the creation and conversion of product specifications. Mike’s efforts focus on exterior cladding and vinyl windows for new construction and remodeling applications. For more than 20 years, Mike has specialized in business development for several premium window and siding manufacturers, and he has extensive experience educating the architectural community. Mike graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and was a certified classroom instructor.
Bob Willey is the Business Development Manager for the Western Region (CO, WY, MT, AZ, NV, UT, ID, WA, OR, CA) at Associated Materials – Alside & Gentek, bwilley@associatedmaterials.com, responsible for educating architects, developers, general contractors, builders, and remodelers on all our exterior building products through continuing education and product presentations.
