  • Explain the performance characteristics of insulated precast wall panels, including thermal efficiency, thermal mass, continuous insulation, vapor barriers, and resistance to severe weather events.
  • Analyze K–12 precast concrete project case studies to understand design challenges, performance outcomes, and construction benefits.
