Redefining The Kitchen Sink: The Rise of Workstation Design
As kitchens evolve into multifunctional living spaces, the role of the sink has transformed far beyond basic utility.
This course explores the rise of workstation sinks and their impact on modern kitchen and home design. Participants will gain insight into how materials such as stainless steel, fireclay, and quartz influence both performance and aesthetics; while learning how to thoughtfully integrate these solutions across a variety of residential applications.
Through real-world examples and practical guidance, attendees will leave equipped to confidently specify workstation sinks that enhance both function and design.
Upon completion of this course, the Learner should be able to:

Evaluate design considerations including size, materials, placement, and accessories when specifying workstation sinks.
Apply workstation sinks across different home applications including islands, pantries, prep zones, bar areas, and small kitchen usage.
