Privacy by Design: Creating Secure and Functional Outdoor Spaces in Modern Development

As urban density increases and outdoor spaces become more important to building occupants, privacy has emerged as a critical design consideration. This course examines the role of visual screening, perimeter design, and site enclosure strategies in supporting occupant comfort, security, and functionality.
