Fire Protection and Insulation Jacketing Solutions for Industrial Applications
This course provides architects with an overview of industrial pipe, and duct jacketing systems and fire protection solutions used across demanding industrial environments such as food processing, oil and gas, chemical processing, power generation, and general manufacturing. The session explains how jacketing systems help protect insulated piping and ductwork from moisture intrusion, weather exposure, washdown conditions, mechanical damage, and other factors that can reduce insulation performance and service life. The second potion of this course examines how fire protection solutions contribute to maintaining compartmentation, enhancing life safety, providing effective fireproofing, protecting electrical raceway continuity, while safeguarding critical building and process infrastructure with tested systems.
