Roofing Professionals Gathering in Orlando Will Learn How to Address Florida's Ever-Changing Construction Requirements WINTER PARK, Fla., March 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Florida's roofing contractors will be gathering in Orlando, Florida from June 28 - July 1, 2006 to attend the Florida Roofing, Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association's (FRSA) 84th Annual Convention and their trade show, the Southeast Roofing and Sheet Metal Spectacular. The trade show will take place at the Orange County Convention Center, Hall WA2, and the convention site is the adjacent Rosen Center Hotel. Last year over 3,400 visited the exhibit hall and viewed the products and services offered by 200 companies. In light of the state's ever-changing construction requirements, FRSA anticipates increased participation in this year's event. The trade show allows industry professionals an opportunity to increase their product knowledge by visiting leading providers of roofing and sheet metal materials and services. They may also participate in a variety of industry-related seminars scheduled prior to the opening of the exhibit hall, many of which are qualified by the CILB and Dade County to earn continuing education credits needed by licensed roofing professionals to maintain their state licenses. There is no charge for admittance to the exhibit hall. FRSA's annual convention includes a variety of customized programs formatted to appeal to both roofing professionals and their families. Included are golf, fishing and bowling tournaments, ladies and kid/teen's programs, a Las Vegas theme party and a grand reception and banquet. All of these events are open to both FRSA members and nonmembers of the roofing and sheet metal community.
