Second Annual Architectural Digest 'Architecture Days' Explores Design Past, Present & Future in New York, Los Angeles and Miami

In its second year, Architectural Digest "Architecture Days" will return to New York (October 9-15), Los Angeles (October 23-29) and visit Miami (November 6-12) for the first time. New York, October 9-15 "Architecture Days" kicks off with the excitement and dynamism of New York's architectural landscape. Events include a panel of leading production designers and set decorators discussing the role architecture plays in memorable film, TV and Broadway sets, as well as private tours of major architecture firms. On October 11, Barry Bergdoll, newly appointed Chief Curator of Architecture and Design, MoMA, will moderate a discussion of multiple generations' viewpoints on the Modern Movement. Los Angeles, October 23-29 Architectural Digest presents a series of exclusive home tours that showcase modern, contemporary and Victorian homes and reprises its successful panel on the role architecture plays in TV and film. Later in the week, award-winning garden designer Jon Carloftis discusses his finest projects and offers insights for creating garden design. Miami, November 6-12 "Architecture Days" will examine the evolving skyline of Miami during the month-long "Celebrate Architecture 2006," coordinated by the American Institute of Architects.
