While finishing his own basement, a Chicago engineer faced the daunting task of hand cutting countless reveal edge ceiling tiles. This inspired the development of the Reveal Cutter, a compact, handheld tool with a unique design that makes it easy and safe to cut reveal edge ceiling tiles with factory precision. The Reveal Cutter’s small, “pocket” design is smaller than the size of tape measure. It cuts in two directions preventing edge damage or tearing of corners. Each Reveal Cutter comes with two blades and each blade has 4 cutting edges. If one side of the blade becomes dull, the opposite side can be used to continue cutting tiles, without removing the blade. The blade is stored safely inside the cutter until needed. Simply loosen the wing nut, tilt Reveal Cutter to the side until the blade falls to its cutting position and re-tighten the wing nut. The Reveal Cutter is designed to cut multiple sizes.
