Hampshire, IL – MEL-ROL LM (ALL SEASON) from W. R. MEADOWS is a single component, polymer-modified, cold-applied, liquid waterproofing membrane ideal for below-grade vertical applications. With MEL-ROL LM (ALL-SEASON), installation time is reduced, utilizing either a spray or roller application. This ALL SEASON formulation of MEL-ROL LM provides the same superior waterproofing protection as the standard MEL-ROL LM product, yet this version has been formulated for use in cold climates. This all weather application can be applied in temperatures as low as 10° F (-12° C). MEL-ROL LM (ALL SEASON) can be used on new and remedial waterproofing applications on concrete or masonry block substrates. The product features very low vapor permeability. Its superior elongation bridges minor cracks; it will not become brittle with age. The product is fully bonded - water will not run beneath the membrane. MEL-ROL LM (ALL SEASON) has a high solids content and is single-component, which eliminates two component mixing problems. It is easy to apply with low cost application equipment. Lastly, the product has a low VOC content (less than 400 g/L) and is alkali resistant. MEL-ROL LM (ALL SEASON) is available in five-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
