The sale, expected to close in late July, allows Oldcastle GlassR to focus on their custom-engineered glass curtainwall, storefront, window and skylight business. "Major Industries' strategic acquisition of translucent panel skylights and curtainwall products from Oldcastle GlassR creates a full range of translucent daylighting products and cost-effective solutions for the fenestration industry regardless of the application and price point.
