Pennessi, in the Real Estate Practice of the White Plains office, has been designated as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). Pennessi represents institutions and individuals in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and has wide-ranging experience in urban redevelopment and revitalization projects, including public/private partnerships. The LEED Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. As a LEED AP, Pennessi is able to advise clients on the many incentive-based and regulatory requirements pertaining to green building and assist in navigating the LEED certification process. Pennessi is one of only 17 legal LEED APs in New York registered with the USGBC.
