The webinar, "Energy-Saving Architectural Solutions for High-Performance Buildings," will take place on Thursday, April 16, 2009, at 12 noon ET. Participation is free for all architects, building contractors and media. Steve Selkowitz, head of the Building Technologies Department at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, will discuss the potential for savings using different energy efficient fenestration technologies and systems and how these technologies help architects meet energy saving requirements and contribute to sustainable design. Eddie Bugg, Director of Sustainable Solutions for Kawneer, will discuss the role that recyclable architectural aluminum products play in helping meet energy efficiency and LEED certification goals.
