In a statement, the company said, “Glenn Goldberg, president of McGraw-Hill Information & Media, has direct operating responsibility for McGraw-Hill Construction and will be assisted in day-to-day operations by Robert Stuono, senior vice president and general manager of McGraw-Hill Construction.” When asked if Young’s departure was prompted by a lawsuit filed by competitor Reed Construction Data in October that alleged McGraw-Hill Construction had engaged in corporate espionage, a company spokesperson declined to comment beyond asserting: “We take the allegations seriously. We’re continuing to conduct an investigation, and we plan to vigorously defend ourselves against the lawsuit."
