Olympia Tools Will Attempt to Set Guinness World Record at the 2012 National Hardware Show

Olympia Tools International, Inc. (Olympia Tools) will attempt to set the new record for the World's Largest Utility Knife at the 2012 National Hardware Show in Las Vegas, NV. The world record attempt will begin on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 11:00 am in booth 5941 at the Las Vegas Convention Center and will be officially sanctioned by Guinness World Records. The fully operable record-setting knife is based on the best-selling TurboPro AutoLoad. Olympia Tools TurboPro AutoLoad Utility Knife features a quick blade release, automatic blade loading and storage for 5 blades - all in a compact size. The record-breaking knife has all of the same features with one exception - size. "This knife possesses some unique features so we wanted to convey that in a creative way and partnering with Guinness World Records gives us this great opportunity," said Tony Lee, VP of Marketing for Olympia Tools. The TurboPro AutoLoad Utility Knife will also be featured in the New Product World section alongside other Olympia Tools innovative products.
