LightGUARD® Protected Membrane Roof (PMR) Insulation Panels
LightGUARD PMR roof panels combine insulation and ballast to protect the waterproof membrane from hail, wind, UV, thermal cycling, and more. Panels are composed of Dupont Styrofoam® extruded polystyrene insulation with a 3/8-inch latex-modified concrete topping on a 2'x4' tongue-and-groove panel, weighing 4.5 lb. per square foot per panel.
HeavyGUARD® Protected Membrane Roof (PMR) Insulation Panels
HeavyGUARD PMR roof panels combine insulation and ballast to protect the waterproof membrane from hail, wind, UV, thermal cycling, and more. Panels are composed of Dupont Styrofoam® extruded polystyrene insulation with a 15/16-inch latex-modified concrete topping on a 2'x4' tongue-and-groove panel, weighing 11 lb. per square foot per panel.
ProGUARD® Concrete Insulated Sheathing Panels
ProGUARD wall panels consist of ¼” Util-A-Crete® Concrete Backerboard laminated to a continuous layer of rigid insulation providing a wall system that’s ready-to-finish and installs faster than conventional building techniques. ProGUARD provides superior thermal protection with ship-lapped edges that eliminate thermal breaks. All joints are sealed with acrylic waterproofing and fiberglass mesh tape that provide an airtight seal.
WallGUARD® Concrete Faced Insulated Perimeter Wall Panels
WallGUARD is manufactured using Dupont Styrofoam® extruded polystyrene insulation, with a factory-applied 5/16-inch latex-modified concrete coating. Panels are 2'x4' with tongue-and-groove edges on the 4' length. WallGUARD protects and insulates the exposed areas of foundations, slab edges, rim joists, and roof parapet walls that are all prone to energy loss.
ThermaDRY® Insulating Drainage Panels
ThermaDry Insulating Drainage Panels are manufactured with a series of closely spaced vertical and horizontal channels that help direct ground water flow to the French drain. Adhered to the channeled surface is a spunbonded geotextile filtration fabric preventing soil from entering and clogging the channels.
Mineral wool and glass fiber drainage products deform when compressive load is applied. ThermaDRY panels withstand compressive load limits with deformation to less than 1.5% over a 20-year time frame. As a result, high drainage rates and insulation values are maintained.
FinPan Products
ProPan® Shower Base
ProPan Shower Pans are made from high-density polystyrene and reinforced with fiberglass mesh and a liquid-applied waterproof coating. ProPan comes standard with code-required slope and integrated drain assembly. ProPan is field modifiable and UPC rated. They are available in standard and custom sizes. ProPan is also available in shower kits with WaterArmor® Waterproofing Sheet Membrane for surrounding walls.
PreFormed® Shower Pans
PreFormed Shower Pans are made from high-density polystyrene, ProTEC™ Concrete Backerboard side walls, and wrapped in fiberglass mesh with a liquid-applied waterproof coating. Shower pans come standard with the code-required slope, integrated drain assembly and curb built-in. PreFormed Pans are ready-to-tile and UPC rated. They are available in standard and custom sizes.
ClearPath® Curbless Shower Pan System
The ClearPath Curbless Shower Pan System offers the ability to create a barrier-free shower without modifications to the floor system. Using TI-ProBoard™ Structural Underlayment as the base gives ClearPath the unique ability to be built directly on top of the floor joists. From today’s modern designs to ADA or special needs requirements, ClearPath meets changing lifestyle needs.
PreFormed® Niches
PreFormed Niches are molded from high-density polystyrene with a liquid-applied waterproof coating and are ready-to-tile. Niches’ unique in-wall design can be used in showers, kitchens or any other area of the home imagined. They are available in standard and custom sizes.
PreFormed® Benches & Seats
PreFormed Seats are made from high-density polystyrene with a liquid-applied waterproof coating and are ready-to-tile. They are available in standard and custom sizes.
PreFormed® Slopes
PreFormed Slopes are designed to create the code-required slope under a waterproofing membrane. PreFormed Slopes allow the mortar bed to drain properly.
Util-A-Crete® Concrete Backerboard
Util-A-Crete is a superior underlayment for interior and exterior applications. Util-A-Crete provides a stable, long-lasting foundation for ceramic tile and other facing materials used on floors, walls, ceilings, countertops, and exteriors. It is made of durable Portland cement, alkaline resistant fiberglass mesh, and lightweight aggregate.
ProTEC® Concrete Backerboard
ProTEC is specifically designed to provide a permanent base for a wide variety of interior construction applications. It is made of durable Portland cement, alkaline resistant fiberglass mesh, and lightweight aggregate. ProTEC provides a stable base for ceramic tile on floors, walls, ceilings, and countertops.
ProPanel Lightweight Waterproof Backerboard
ProPanel is a waterproof and lightweight foam backerboard. ProPanel consists of high-density expanded polystyrene, reinforced on both sides, with fiberglass mesh and a polymer cement coating. Portland cement increases in strength over time and provides a chemical bond between the board and thinset used to adhere tile. This chemical bond provides superior adhesion over non-cementitious boards that use sheet membranes as their bonding surface.
TI-PROBOARD™ Structural Composite Backerboard
TI-PROBOARD is a sustainable, durable, and virtually maintenance-free underlayment for exterior deck tile installations. TI-PROBOARD is a composite panel that is unaffected by expansion/contraction or other weather conditions. TI-ProBoard attaches directly to deck joists and is ready-to-tile. It achieved a commercial floor rating in the 14’ Suspended Robinson Floor Test.
WaterArmor® Liquid-Applied Air/Water Resistive Barrier
WaterArmor is a 100% acrylic based, ready to use formula. It can be brush, roll, or trowel applied to provide a barrier resistant to air and water.
WaterArmor® Sheet Waterproofing Membrane
WaterArmor is a 2m (6.5’) wide load bearing, bonded, waterproof sheet membrane that reduces seams in showers. WaterArmor sheet membrane is UPC rated and meets ANSI A118.10.
WaterTite® Pan Liner
WaterTite is a 40-mil PVC membrane used in tile showers and other concealed waterproofing applications. WaterTite is IAPMO ad UPC listed and meets ASTM D 4551.
