Gaco Western manufactures polyurethane foam as well as elastomeric coatings of neoprene, Hypalon®, aromatic and aliphatic urethane, silicone, epoxy and acrylic, as well as various primers, flashing compounds and adhesives. These products are used in systems designed for roof, pedestrian and traffic decking, membrane waterproofing, protection of spray-applied polyurethane foam, interior insulation and industrial applications for corrosion and abrasion protection.
Gaco's products are marketed throughout the United States and internationally, through a network of company-employed area managers and independent agents. Millions of square feet of Gaco product have been installed on projects throughout this country and the Pacific Basin, including such landmark projects as the Araneta Coliseum in the Philippines, the National Company for Cooperative Insurance Building in Saudi Arabia, the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco and the historic Paramount Theater in Seattle. Gaco’s proprietary coating is also used on the booster rockets for NASA’s Space Shuttle.
