Enviro-Shake manufactures a composite 'high tech' roofing product made from recycled plastics, elastomers and cellulosic fibre materials. Enviro-Shake replicates the look of cedar shingles, but provides long-term durability, UV protection, wind & hail resistance, along with superior mold, mildew and insect resistant properties. In addition, the product can be installed efficiently with less waste than traditional cedar, does not require any pretreatment, and once installed is maintenance free. The product does not require any additional preservatives or coatings (which are normally recommended with wood and other products); and it will retain its physical properties and look for decades.
