Lead by Annette Stelmack, LEED AP BD+C, USGBC Faculty™, Allied ASID, a nationally recognized and award-winning design leader, educator, and author, Stelmack brings 35 years of experience in the building industry genuinely engaging project teams with her passion, knowledge, and strategies for healthy, sustainable interiors. One of her specialties is addressing multiple chemical sensitivities for clients by vetting products with extensive research and assessment toward a higher level of indoor air quality.

  • 2nd edition of ‘Sustainable Residential Interiors’ published 2014 by Wiley & Sons. A well-crafted and detailed book that takes readers through sustainable and healthy principles and practices, integrative design process, and how these apply to interior design on multiple levels.
  • A key interiors consultant on the WELL Certified 2014 Greenbuild LivingHome project blending cutting edge building practices with forward-thinking design. The project met LEED v4 Platinum requirements and Energy Star v3, incorporated a wide range of Cradle To Cradle–certified products plus criteria from the International WELL Building Institute’s certification program.
  • Offering training on healthy and sustainability interiors.
  • Served on the Interiors Advisory Council for Healthy Home 2010 on behalf of Healthy Child Healthy World.
