Linetec provides high-performance finishing services, with a targeted focus on the building products and the architectural industry. Linetec’s finishing services include liquid paint, anodize, and powder coat. With in-house computerized blending, Linetec offers an unlimited choice of colors in 70% Kynar 500®, 50% Kynar 500®, and baked enamel paints. This also includes specialty type paints such as metallics, micas, and Linetec’s one-of-a-kind Spattercoat finish. Linetec designed its paint lines to capture 100% of the VOC’s associated with the painting process. All air inside the paint booths and ovens is routed to a regenerative thermal oxidizer, which converts the VOC’s to water vapor and carbon dioxide. Linetec anodizing features two high-tech finishing lines with computer-automated precision hoists offering architectural finishes in clear/silver, black, traditional bronze tones and champagne. Linetec also offers a unique new copper anodize finish which involves using actual copper to color the aluminum. This new copper anodize finish offers customers the look of rich, real copper without such shortcomings as salt run-off stains, galvanic corrosion and patina. As an alternative to liquid painting, Linetec also provides powder-coat finishes. Powder has an unlimited color palette selection similar to liquid paint but long-term exterior performance is not as strong as liquid paint. Beyond finishing, Linetec offers many value-added services such as a fleet of trucks that provide regular pick up and delivery of customer material, a stocking program, thermal improvement including azo-brading, and field service / restoration.
