Through this program, Serenity provides technical training and pre- and post-installation support, including auditing openings, throughout the project's entire life cycle to monitor performance quality. If a system malfunctions, we provide on-hand parts and inventory training on replacing and repairing system components damaged in the field. After one year, Serenity will return to the project to ensure that all the systems are functioning properly and will fix any issues.
