STALEY STEEL INC was founded in 1958 by S.S. Staley, Jr. (Skeen) as a steel brokerage and engineering firm. In 1974 Mr. Staley, along with his two sons, John A. Staley and Thomas C. Staley, expanded into the structural steel fabrication business.
