Designing Wellness: Where People, Planet, and Performance Unite

Healthcare organizations increasingly recognize that sustainability nurtures well-being and extends beyond reducing environmental impact. Healthcare Sustainability hinges upon supporting the health and well-being of patients, families, caregivers, and the communities they serve. This course explores Designing Wellness by demonstrating how People, Planet, and Performance function as inseparable components of sustainable healthcare design. Participants will learn how the benefits of wellness become the cornerstone for well-being, practical strategies that integrate wellness-centered planning, Lean operational principles, evidence-based design, and environmental stewardship to enhance well-being while advancing organizational and sustainability goals.
