(ADL) is an architectural consulting firm based in Honolulu, Hawaii, which specializes in identifying sources of construction related problems and recommending solutions. Our clients include commercial, condominium and residential properties, and their owners, developers, and managers. Our focus is on repair and maintenance of existing buildings, but because of the investigative nature of our work we also provide expert witness services in construction related disputes.
