Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes
Defining the scope of work for this $30M modernization of three schools in three communities was but one of the first tasks for the project team in the Spring 2015. Given the remote nature of the communities and the many challenges this presents, the project team identified opportunities and ways in which to make the project viable and achievable. Cultural sensitivity, site context, material and trades procurement, phasing, and access to the remote sites were all evaluated in developing the project plan.
Presented by various experts on behalf of Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC).
