Marketing Tips

Marketing Tips Provided by Architect Profits

Tip #1 - Uniqueness of Your Services

The services that you are offering to your clients each have their own qualities. For example, there is a big difference between doing residential and retail architecture. Those unique characteristics are what you need to emphasize with your future clients. Understand the foundation of the services your firm is offering to be able to explain these to the people in contact with you. Doing so will open the door to attracting the clients you want to work with.
Tools to use: Make a list of the most important aspects of your services that people choose from when working with you and your team; include the logical AND emotional draws to your services. For example, for logical “This is the only architect in my area that can do a Dental Office remodel”, and emotional would be that “I feel I will be listened to and all of my questions will be answered by this team.” You will build your future presentations in a way that promote and reinforce this critical information. Keep in mind, we are not talking here about what you think is important in your services for your future clients, but what they think is important for them.
