In preparation for the move, DECRA’s Texas team extended its hours in the fall of 2011, giving customers access to DECRA’s customer support team from 7 AM – 7 PM CST. DECRA’s move to this new facility will increase its domestic reach in 2012. DECRA will now have the ability to fulfill large orders from both their California and Texas locations. DECRA will also extend customer pick- up hours at the new location, giving customers more options to meet their needs. “While having grown as a company, we need to increase our service capabilities” explained CEO Bo Hudson.
